Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already entered the processing phase and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We believe in the quality of our products and encourage you to give them a fair try for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If, after this period, you are still unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Hello@CalmBarks.com with clear photos of the damage.

Please note:

  • We consider an item damaged if it has a physical defect or is broken upon arrival.
  • Damage to packaging (such as minor dents or scratches) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.
  • If deemed eligible, we will offer a replacement at no cost.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Calm Barks is not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the incorrect address is not corrected within this timeframe, CalmBarks is not liable for:

  • Re-shipping costs
  • Refunds for undelivered packages
