We have two dogs, neither of whom are overly fond of loud booms. Living in an area that has thunderstorms nearly daily from May to November presents a long, stressful time for the pups.Bought two of the shirts, one for each dog. Had to alter one of the shirts to fit our paradoxhund, but that was not surprising due to his weird proportions. Both pups were initially hesitant to wear the shirts, but quickly accepted the comforting hugs they provide.The difference in their reactions to storms with and without their shirts was dramatic. While both are still a bit panicked when we first put on their shirts, they quickly settle down and even sleep through the storms. One dog actually wants us to put the shirt on her and will sit patiently as we get the shirt and put it on her. The paradoxhund is less eager, but accepts it without too much fuss. But both are definitely more relaxed once the shirts are on.Shirts are somewhat less effective when dealing with the 4th of July, but I think that is more due to our neighbor shooting his full sized cannon than the effectiveness of the shirts.I was somewhat surprised but extremely pleased with the difference the shirts made for our pups. Every dog is different, and your mileage may vary, but the worked wonders for us!

My dog love this. The turtle neck feature is so nice, I extend it to cover his ears on our walks, he eventually shakes out of it but it's so cute. It's so easy to put on and take off!

I cannot review this as a dog anxiety vest/jacket because I bought it to protect my dogs wound. He had to get stiches on his neck/shoulder area. Since a cone would have sat on the wound, not kept it clean and not kept him from scratching it, I bought this and it's been a life saver. Way better than using a tee shirt. I measured him first to be sure it was a perfect fit. Their sizing chart was spot on. Very well made and breathable as stated which is great because he has to wear it 24/7 until the stiches come out (14 days). We are on day 7 and it's going great! Due to the nature and location of my dogs wound I'm not sure what I would have done without the Aofitee jacket. Works great as a dog surgical suit depending on location of the wound. Money well spent, saved both me and my dog and I would highly recommend it.

I got a large for my 65lb staffy lab & a small for my 30lb pit Bassett hound. They both love their jackets. Fall asleep immediately after I put it on them. Not sure how much it helps with loud noises but overall relaxation 5 stars. Definitely would recommend.

My pup has separation anxiety. She wears this when we leave her at home. Works great.

My Roxy had an anxiety attack while watching tv from the fire alarms on the screen. I quickly put it on her and she calmed down so fast!!! What usually takes us 10 mins or so to get her out of it, took less than 2 mins with the shirt!!! It really works!!!

Our dog begs for this to be put on him. It’s amazing how it calms him down. 89 pounds of energy just melts. He’s a happier dog.We originally used this to help cover an incision on his neck from removal of a tumor, but now we still use it.
